Online Sale Listing Terms and Conditions

Seller agrees that Consigning Closets may accept or reject items submitted for sale at their sole discretion and that Consigning Closets reserves the right to remove any item from sale at any time.

Seller agrees that they are accurately and fairly representing the condition, quality, and location of item(s) placed for sale. Buyers are advised that all sale's are final and that there are no warranties on any items sold. However, in the event that, in the sole opinion of Consigning Closets, an item was/is significantly mis-represented, Seller agrees to refund any money received from Consigning Closets if, in the sole opinion of Consigning Closets, a refund to the buyer is deemed appropriate due to said mis-representation of an item sold. Such determination of mis-representation and request for refund of money received will ONLY take place within 2 days of delivery of item to the Buyer.

Seller agrees that they will be reasonably available for contact by the Buyer during the time period immediately following receipt of payment for item(s) sold. Seller agrees to, upon receipt of payment, make at least one (1) attempt to contact the Buyer, using the contact information supplied by Consigning Closets, within 48 hours of receipt of payment for item(s) sold.
Seller agrees that upon purchase of their item(s), Consigning Closets will provide the telephone contact information that the Seller provided, to the Buyer of the item(s) and that the Buyer may contact them to arrange for pickup/delivery of item. Seller further agrees that Consigning Closets is not responsible for any inappropriate use of contact information by Buyer including, but not limited to, phone calls at inappropriate hours.

Seller agrees that by placing items for sale on the Consigning Closets website they are agreeing to sell the item(s) to any buyer who pays the published price for item(s).
Seller agrees that the selling fee, retained by Consigning Closets, for items sold shall be 30% of the selling price and that seller shall receive 70% of the selling price minus any fees (Paypal or other) that Seller may incur in receiving the payment. Consigning Closets does not charge any fees beyond the 30% commission when remitting payment to Seller.
Seller agrees that Consigning Closets has NO obligation to either the Buyer or the Seller once payment has been received FROM the Buyer and delivered TO the Seller. Seller agrees that any disputes arising between the Buyer and the Seller after payment is received by Seller are to be resolved by Buyer and Seller and DO NOT involve or obligate Consigning Closets, its employees, representatives, or volunteers in any way whatsoever.

Seller agrees to hold Consigning Closets, it's representatives, employees, and volunteers harmless against any and all liabilities arising from the Sale of item(s) on ConsigningClosets.com. Consigning Closets liability shall be limited to the payment of selling price of item(s) sold MINUS a commission equal to 30% of sale price and to the providing of contact information to Seller and Buyer following a purchase.
