Here's How It Works:
Shoppers:

Browse through our online listings of large items for sale.

When you find an item you would like to purchase simply fill in your contact info and click on the "Request to Buy" button.

We will contact you and tell you if the item is still available. If the item is available, our email to you will contain a "Buy Now" button that you can use to complete the purchase.

You must pay for your purchase using a credit/debit card within 24 hours of receiving the email or the sale will be void and the item may be sold to someone else.

Once we have received your payment we will provide the seller's contact info to you and your contact info to the seller. You may then contact each other to arrange for delivery/pick-up of the item. You must pick-up the item at the sellers location unless you make other arrangements with the seller. Any other pick-up/delivery arrangements including shipping of the item must be arranged with the seller and cannot be arranged through Consigning Closets.
Sellers:

Post your items for sale by filling out the submission form and clicking "Submit".

Items must be child related, in working condition, and must have a selling price of at least $25. Examples of ideal items: Strollers, Cribs, Playsets, Nursery Furniture, Baby Swings, etc.

Once we receive your submission we will post the item on our website. We will also provide a method for you to submit pictures of the item that we will post as well.

Your contact information will NOT be visible in the listing and only your name and telephone number will be provided to the buyer after they have paid Consigning Closets for the item.

When your item is sold we will send you the sale price minus a 30% commission, along with the contact information of the buyer. If you elect to be paid by check we will send the contact information immediately while your check is in the mail.

You then contact the buyer and arrange for the pickup/delivery of the item. The buyer agrees to pick-up the item at your location but alternate arrangements including shipping may be arranged with the buyer at your sole discretion.
